United Benefit Service complaint by Michaelbrms
About 4 months ago I was called by this magazine company that went through UNITED BENEFIT SERVICE, we were supposed to get 1 yrs. subscription to magazines of my choice for 39.95. I have not recieved one magazine as of yet and my checking account has been charged monthly for the last 4 months, plus 19.95 for something which I did not sign up for. I have contacted this company and ask that my account be cancelled since they have not kept their end of the bargain, but my account is still being charge every month. If any one has a way to contact these people let me know

this also happened to me - but i contacted my credit card company and had my account shut down and reported fraud. i never received any magazines, and was also charged forty dollars for some dining and entertainment crap, but that NEVER happened, and it was charged after i told them not to charge my credit card.

they are complete frauds. you should contact your card company, or your account company, and tell them to investigate fraud and attempt to get your money back if at all possible, or at least stop future chargers.
